Spider-Verse: A Fun Freshly Described Spidey Saga

Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse reminds the audience about one of the most important elements of superheroes movie: fun. Unlike the other heroes who always carry a heavy burden to save the day, Spider Verse portrays a teenage hero who balances himself on the superpowers he gain and the responsibility behind it.

Spiderman is a symbol for the New York pop culture for the last 50 years. Spiderman is still an inward-looking teenager fighting with supervillains by facing his own struggles and confusion.

However, he is not Peter Parker. Well, to be accurate, he is and he isn't. Spirit has brought in the concept of multi universes that brings in different spiderman from different universe.

There are a couple of Peter Parkers. Also a futuristic anime heroine with a robot spider, a cartoon pig , a black-and-white film noir avatar and a canonical Spider-Woman, a.k.a. Gwen Stacy. The main Spider-Man, in whose universe a variation on the familiar origin story unfolds, is a Brooklyn middle schooler named Miles Morales . The son of a hospital worker and a police officer, Miles is a new transfer to an elite boarding school, where the side effects of the radioactive spider bite compound the usual humiliations and anxieties of adolescence.

Miles becomes confused and struggles with the help of the different Spidermans to understand “the bigger your power, the bigger your responsibility”.

Another selling point of the movie will be the cleverly visual animation styles. It’s colourful, easy and lively by absorbing the features of the modern arts such as the graffiti painting style in the movie.The movie is brightly coloured which reminds audience about the Lego Movie.

The background music and the songs inserted in the movie also give the movie a vibrant vitality. The music paints a picture of the urban NYC despite from the static stereotype people have.

As a conclusion, Spider Verse is a movie which contains too much of good things inside it. The combination of pop culture and the superhero movie in this movie has brought a new chapter to the previous superheroes movies.
