However, Tommy said he can't said he did a good job in caring about others. In Tommy's nature, he tends to give opinions and ideas to solve problems. He often coordinates the discussions that happens in his family.

"I will give my opinion when my family is facing problem in deciding where to eat in weekends. My family can discuss up to an hour just to decide where to have dinner. I will make a decision by suggesting the foodlefts we can go for."

For Tommy, it is worthless for wasting time in deciding something so he decides to become the person for indicating the direction of a discussion.
